Tips! Boost Our Brain with earring magnet

Everyone has experienced stress at some point in their lives. Stress can sometimes be so great that a person is unable to work. In extreme cases a person has difficulty just getting out of bed. One option is to just suffer through the stress. A better solution is take medication prescribed by doctors. An even better solution is to take forces that appear in nature and use them to relieve the stress. This can be accomplished by wearing a pair of magnetic earrings.

Now I realize that you are probably laughing at that suggestion. But before you just discount this suggestion let me explain why it is a viable solution for stress. Magnet therapy or magnotherapy is an alternative medicine practice that provides healing powers through the use of magnetic fields. Magnetic Therapy is based on the theory that subjecting selective parts of your body to static magnetic fields will have a positive beneficial and healing effect on your body.

Medically Accepted Practice

Using magnets as a source of healing has been around for centuries. Only recently has it started to gain acceptance through the medical field. Studies have shown that the body will respond positively to magnets that are applied to designated points on your body. The quality of the relief from stress is dependent on applying the magnet in the right spot as well as using a strong enough magnet.

Medical Uses for Magnetic Earrings

Stress is caused by our body when it reacts to our environment. Stress can be represented by tightness in our joints or an elevated blood pressure. These symptoms are the result of changes and lack of balance in our body. Magnets placed in your earrings can be used to produce a balanced condition of positive and negative ions in our body. Stress is greatly reduced when these forces are in balance.

Are They Fashionable?

Just like pierced earrings, magnetic ones come in a wide range of styles, designs and colors. You can easily find a pair that will match your clothes and will be suitable for you to wear. Magnetic earrings can be found in many different shapes. Some designers have greatly improved the look of their magnetic earrings by using gem stones, semi-precious stones, pearls, beads or encasing them in gold or silver.

Alternative to Ear Piercing

Many women are not able to get their ears pierced nor do they want to resort to the daily maintenance required of pierced ears. If this is the case for you, magnetic earrings are a viable alternative to having your ears pierced. They work by having the opposite ends of a magnet connect when placed on either side of your ear.

Magnetic Therapy has recently been recognized by the medical world as a viable alternative medicine solution for stress. Women can wear magnetic earrings to reduce the stress in their life. Besides their medical benefits, magnetic earrings can be used by people who cannot or do not want to pierce their ears. The design of the magnetic earrings can improve any outfit. If you want to reduce the stress in your life, buy a pair or two of magnetic earrings.

Tips! Magnetic Earrings Are For Men and Women

Traditionally we thought magnetic earrings were primarily for women and girls but nowadays more men are wearing this type of jewelry for style purposes. Many jewelry stores now have magnetic earrings that are specifically designed for men whic
h look masculine.

Some men also wear these earrings for pain relief as recent medical studies have shown that magnetic jewelry is therapeutic for those who have arthritis or who suffer pain due to injuries. Because times have changed, society in general doesn't criticize men as heavily as it used to for wearing small studs in their ears.

One example of how men as well as women are wearing magnetic earrings is with hip-hop culture. In the past these earrings weren't a major part of hip-hop style because of the macho nature of this industry and strong emphasis of masculinity. But if you look at some of today's hip-hop stars and their videos, it's not uncommon for a few artists to sport magnetic men's earrings occasionally. The artists usually wear studs as their choice of earrings and they wear the gold or silver magnetic ones.

More men are also moving away from the plain gold or silver earrings and embracing magnetic earrings with colorful but masculine-looking stones. This is especially true for some men who have men's rings which already include beautiful stones such as class rings. Men like the stone earrings because they add flair to the men's overall look, particularly men who work in fashion-oriented careers such as modeling and fashion design.

If you're wearing them in work situations, you want to stick to the gold or silver magnetized earrings.

If you're a man who doesn't like complicated methods of putting in earrings, then magnetic stud earrings are a good choice for you because they're easy to put on and they have a minimalist style to them. In addition, magnetic stud earrings won't irritate your ears if they're sensitive. For men who are on a budget, these types of earrings are also affordable.

Not all men can sport loud-colored men's earrings so consider your skin tone when choosing the earrings. If you have a lighter skin tone, dark-colored earrings would work the best but if you're of a darker shade, then light-colored men's earrings are a better choice.

If you're bold as a man, you can get some tiny hoop earrings. These earrings add an extra edge to your overall look and you'll probably get more attention from the ladies. This is because women like men who are unconventional or who are not afraid to express their individuality.

Magnotherapy with Jewelry Magnets

Magnet therapy, magnetic therapy, or magnotherapy is a pseudoscientific alternative medicine practice involving the use of staticmagnetic fields. Practitioners claim that subjecting certain parts of the body to magnetostatic fields produced by permanent magnets has beneficial health effects. These physical and biological claims are unproven and no effects on health or healing have been established. Although hemoglobin, the blood protein that carries oxygen, is weakly diamagnetic (when oxygenated) or paramagnetic(when deoxygenated) the magnets used in magnetic therapy are many orders of magnitude too weak to have any measurable effect on blood flow.

Methods of application

Magnet therapy is the application of the magnetic field of electromagnetic devices or permanent static magnets to the body for purported health benefits. Some believers assign different effects based on the orientation of the magnet; under the laws of physics, magnetic poles are symmetric.

Products include magnetic bracelets and jewelry; magnetic straps for wrists, ankles, knees, and back; shoe insoles; mattresses; magnetic blankets (blankets with magnets woven into the material); magnetic creams; magnetic supplements; plasters/patches and water that has been "magnetized". Application is usually performed by the patient.

Purported mechanisms of action

Perhaps the most common suggested mechanism is that magnets might improve blood flow in underlying tissues. The field surrounding magnet therapy devices is far too weak and falls off with distance far too quickly to appreciably affect hemoglobin, other blood components, muscle tissue, bones, blood vessels, or organs. A 1991 study on humans of static field strengths up to 1 T found no effect on local blood flow. Tissue oxygenation is similarly unaffected. Some practitioners claim that the magnets can restore the body's hypothetical "electromagnetic energy balance", but no such balance is medically recognized. Even in the magnetic fields used in magnetic resonance imaging, which are many times stronger, none of the claimed effects are observed. If the body were meaningfully affected by the weak magnets used in magnet therapy, MRI would be impractical.

Efficacy

Several studies have been conducted in recent years to investigate what role, if any, static magnetic fields may play in health and healing. Unbiased studies of magnetic therapy are problematic, since magnetisation can be easily detected, for instance, by the attraction forces on ferrous (iron-containing) objects; because of this, effective blinding of studies (where neither patients nor assessors know who is receiving treatment versus placebo) is difficult.[13] Incomplete or insufficient blinding tends to exaggerate treatment effects, particularly where any such effects are small. Health claims regarding longevity and cancer treatment are implausible and unsupported by any research. More mundane health claims, most commonly about anecdotal pain relief, also lack any credible proposed mechanism and clinical research is not promising.Magnet therapy has been promoted as a treatment for cancer and other diseases; the American Cancer Society state, "available scientific evidence does not support these claims".

Must Know About Magnetic Clasps

Magnetic clasps are easier to use than most other types of jewelry clasps. They open and close with the use of magnets and this allows the jewelry to be held securely in place. It is easy to put on and remove jewelry which has magnetic clasps. Anyone who is suffering from arthritis, fibromyalgia and carpal tunnel syndrome will find it difficult to use toggle and lobster clasps which tend to be too small. Even people who have poor vision will struggle with these kinds of clasps when trying to put on or remove their jewelry.
Magnetic clasps are extremely convenient for people who have limited dexterity. Jewelry that includes magnetic clasps can make wonderful gifts for children, elderly people and those who are suffering from joint problems. It takes very little effort to connect or remove jewelry that has magnetic clasps.

How to attach magnetic clasps
When it comes to attaching these clasps to your beaded jewelry, it is essential to be aware of the strength of the clasps. These clasps are available in different types and sizes and therefore the strength of the magnets also differ. Always choose a strength that matches with the weight of the jewelry you are looking to create. If you choose magnet that is too strong for your jewelry, you will risk breaking the jewelry when it is worn. On the other hand, if you choose a weaker magnet, then you will risk losing your jewelry. These clasps are easy to use in jewelry making. Here's information on how to attach them in the most easiest and effective way.
• Complete beading your necklace or bracelet and attach jump rings to both sides of the beading thread.
• Take the first part of the clasp and attach it to one of the jump rings. The other part of the clasp will be attached to the other jump ring. You can attach the clasps using a pair of pliers.
• In case you are making use of magnetic cylinder clasps, then you can finish your accessory and thread the clasp through its centre and knot its ends. The cylinder types are more suitable for lightweight jewelry items such as beaded anklets and lightweight bracelets and watches.
Magnetic clasps are available in a range of materials with the most popular being made from stainless steel and plated silver. These are available in a variety of shapes as well including rounds, tubes and ovals. They are suitable for a range of threading wires as well as leather cords. These clasps are available in many colors and their sizes range from 2mm to 9mm. To create funky jewelry pieces, you can combine them with different types of leather such as braided leather, real nappa, eco-nappa and hair-on.
